Scanning large email messages and attachments can cause problems in ESET Smart Security 4.0 and ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4.0 which may cause the message and attachments to become corrupted in Microsoft Outlook Express.
 
An update will be available soon to rectify the issue permanently. As a work-around, ESET recommends turning off Offline Scan, especially in push installations on [...]
